These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of cx7pk and all products, services, and features made available through the cx7pk platform. By registering an account, accessing the site, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before using cx7pk.
Registration and play at cx7pk is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years and above.
All cx7pk deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer.
Each player may hold only one cx7pk account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account closure.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2.3 If cx7pk reasonably suspects that a Player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended pending age verification. If the Player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all real-money winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned net of amounts already wagered.
2.4 You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of cx7pk complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. cx7pk does not provide legal advice, and it is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your country or territory of residence before registering or playing.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one registered account on cx7pk. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your cx7pk account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
3.3 Your cx7pk account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, and you must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. cx7pk is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain password security.
3.4 cx7pk reserves the right to refuse a registration application or to close an existing account at its discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
4.1 All deposits to your cx7pk account must be made using one of the supported payment methods currently listed on the cx7pk cashier page. Supported methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT TRC-20.
4.2 The minimum deposit via JazzCash and Easypaisa is Rs 200. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cx7pk cashier.
4.3 Funds deposited into your cx7pk account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. cx7pk may request evidence of ownership of the payment method used.
4.4 cx7pk processes JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits on an instant basis. Bank transfer deposit processing times depend on the originating bank and are typically between one and four hours. cx7pk is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
4.5 cx7pk does not charge deposit fees on standard PKR transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside cx7pk's control.
5.1 Withdrawal requests from your cx7pk account will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless cx7pk expressly authorises otherwise in writing.
5.2 JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. USDT TRC-20 withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes. These timelines are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand or technical maintenance.
5.3 cx7pk reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before approving a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by cx7pk may result in the withdrawal request being declined or delayed.
5.4 Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from the wagering of Bonus Funds, in accordance with the applicable bonus terms, are eligible for withdrawal as Real Money.
5.5 cx7pk reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
6.1 cx7pk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, or other incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 All cx7pk bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
6.3 cx7pk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational Players and cx7pk reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, employing automated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or colluding with other Players — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
7.1 The minimum bet stake across cx7pk sports betting markets is Rs 100. The minimum spin stake in the cx7pk slot lobby is Rs 10. Maximum bet limits vary by game and market and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
7.2 Once a bet is placed and confirmed on cx7pk, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player, except where cx7pk expressly permits a cash-out feature for a specific market.
7.3 cx7pk reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrectly quoted odds, where a technical error caused an incorrect outcome to be credited, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity in relation to the underlying event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cx7pk and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
cx7pk reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to be engaged in the above conduct, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.
10.1 All content on cx7pk — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of cx7pk or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of cx7pk.
10.2 cx7pk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cx7pk platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11.1 cx7pk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond cx7pk's reasonable control; (b) delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions; (c) losses incurred as a result of gaming outcomes; or (d) your failure to comply with these Terms.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cx7pk's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total Real Money deposited by you in the preceding 30 days.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits cx7pk's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by cx7pk's own negligence.
12.1 cx7pk may suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, identity fraud, or where required by law.
12.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cx7pk reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, cx7pk may forfeit the balance in full.
12.3 A Player may request the closure of their own cx7pk account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals will be processed to the Player's registered payment method provided no Terms breach is identified during the closure review.
13.1 cx7pk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of cx7pk following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which cx7pk operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through cx7pk's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a recognised independent dispute resolution body designated by cx7pk. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before a court of competent jurisdiction.
